Program Support Worker

**Full time**

**Our Kids Count empowers individuals to build stronger families and inclusive communities by enhancing people’s lives through personal growth and development. OKC involves families in all aspects of program planning, implementation, and evaluation.**
- **As part of the OKC team, the Program Support Person will**_:

- Bring enthusiasm and a problem-solving attitude to work every day.
- Be invested in the team and the families we support.
- Be flexible to take on different roles when/where needed.
- Support in the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.
- Greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the organization.
- Focus on relationship building with the team and clients.
- Office organization and cleaning as needed.
- Experience working with children is an asset.
- Ability to facilitate and support programming with children, youth and families.
- Must be reliable and possess good time management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft programs and computer skills is required.

Expected hours: 32 per week
