What you will be doing as a the Housekeeping Supervisor**:
Leading the Housekeeping Department to create a team that maintains cleanliness of the hostel so that we provide a presentable, comfortable place to all.
- Hiring and training of Housekeeping staff.
- Staff scheduling and submitting payroll information.
- Ordering and maintaining linen, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping equipment.
- Administering performance/compensation reviews on time documenting any performance-related incidents.
- Resolving conflict in the workplace as it arises and maintaining a comfortable and safe work environment.
- Oversee the cleaning all guestrooms efficiently and effectively to ensure they are ready for the next guest to occupy.
- Creating cleaning schedules to ensure that all common areas, washrooms, hallways, floors and showers are clean.
