**Summary**

We are seeking a talented Chef to join our team at Emerald Tide Sea Expeditions inc, located on the beautiful BC coast. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals that enhance our guests' expedition experience, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking for multi-day cruises.
- Create and execute diverse menus that cater to various dietary preferences.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage kitchen and coordinate daily operations effectively.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the expedition team to enhance guest experiences through culinary offerings
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet our high standards.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
- Supervisory experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt menus based on available ingredients and guest preferences.

Pay: $250.00-$300.00 per day
