**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS, ensuring all orders are entered correctly.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for guest checks.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Assist in food preparation when necessary, adhering to food handling guidelines.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

**Experience**
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of the food industry and food service operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
