Kingsway Academy is an international boarding high school located on campus of King's University College at Western University, London Ontario. The school offers Grade 10-12 OSSD courses to international students. Now we are looking for an International Student Counselor who can speak Vietnamese to provide counselling to our students from Vietnam.

**Job Title**: Student Counsellor

**Working Location**: London Ontario

**Position Duties**:
Process registration for new students,

Provide help and services to new students

Provide supporting services for students daily life

Provide counselling for academic, university admission,

communicate with student's parent in Vietnam

Organize student activities

Manage students files

Communicate among academic, marketing and accounting departments

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and Speak Vietnamese is mandatory
- Be able to move to London Ontario.
- Working experience in Canadian or Vietnamese high school is mandatory
- Commitment to providing the highest level of customer service and care
- Sense of urgency and good time management skills
- Ability to work as a member of a team and also as an individual
- Share in the values and identity of Kingsway : deeply caring; ethical; accountable; accessible; expert; integrity
- Availability for necessitating work during evening and weekend hours.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese

**Job Types**: Full-time

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
