Student Affairs Coordinator

**Job Goals**:
To organize, assist, and support activities organized by the Student Affairs Department enhancing the overall experience of every student enrolled at London International Academy.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Develop and evaluate school programs, activities, and orientation with the purpose of enhancing LIA international student experiences. Focus on supporting and mentoring students and identifying ways to remove learning obstacles.
- Assist with the planning and coordinating of activities and tours for groups and individuals visiting London International Academy.
- Responsible for the purchasing and management of student YMCA memberships.
- Maintain regular communication with the overseas office in regards to Student Affairs issues and help when needed.
- Develop and maintain strong communication with students, teachers, parents, other school departments, and agents.
- Establish and maintain a system of records and documentation for student life filing, such as student/parents contact info, student storage sheets, insurance information, YMCA, etc.
- Record keeping and organizing of all student uniforms. This involves keeping an up to date number of student uniforms and working with the overseas office to order new uniforms in a timely manner.
- Assist with the coordinating and executing of school activities as needed.
- Arrange and organize graduating students' professional photographs.
- Inter-related duties between student affairs, academic, and marketing departments
- Other duties as assigned.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
