Inside Sales

Prior tile product knowledge or construction and building material experience within a retail/wholesale environment is an asset for the position.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Show up on time, every day, ready to work with a positive attitude.
- Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional service.
- Establish a positive, productive, and ongoing relationship with clients.
- Maintain existing and incorporate new clients in the internal database program.
- Maintain an organized showroom, making sure all samples are checked, cleaned, and in stock.
- Gather market feedback related to client satisfaction and new potential products and/or product ideas.
- Efficiently and effectively manage daily communication flow with clients and internal team members.
- All other duties assigned by management.
**Skills and Requirements include**:
- Proven track record in providing effective and high-quality customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and sound professional judgement.
- Thorough, high attention to detail, strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated team player who will fit well into a high-demand, fast-paced work environment.
