**The Role**
The Versaterm Public Safety Partner Success Team creates and sustains a supportive relationship with our public safety partners. Everything we do originates from our desire to support the needs of our partner agencies such that they are capable and empowered to achieve the mission of serving faithfully and saving lives.
Partner Success Managers (PSM) create and support meaningful relationships with their assigned partner agencies to drive value, reduce/manage churn, and get to renewal. The Partner Success Renewal Manager (PSRM) takes a comprehensive approach in supporting that tactical renewal process for and with the PSM such that the renewal is accurate and on time
**What You'll Do**
A Partner Success Renewal Manager (PSRM) reports directly to the Director of Partner Success in support of the contracts, quoting, and invoicing processes for all business units where Partner Success has a presence
Contracts and Quotes
- Engage with the PSM assigned to each business unit to discuss upcoming contract renewals for all products, this includes multi-year and full contracts
- Tracks renewals in Salesforce and provides support for PSMs regarding quotes and annual recurring revenue (ARR) percentages expected for each BU/product
- Confers with Director of PS on all values of renewal
- Either provides a quote or reviews quote PSM has created to ensure alignment with revenue recognition, ARR, product, pricing, etc.
- Measures quotes and contracts against Salesforce and Gainsight and confers with Director of PS prior to contract or quote approval to PSM for release to partner agency/customer
Invoicing Processes
- Interacts dynamically with Versaterm Finance to ensure invoicing accuracy prior to sending it to partner agency/customer
- Updates Salesforce on any discrepancies and will interface with Versaterm Sales Operations regarding any concerns with subscription dates and ARR, etc.
- Reviews partner agency/customer payments in arrears with the Director of Partner Success and will be responsible for engaging with the agency on the late payment
**What You'll Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and a mastery-level use of Salesforce
- Experience with Gainsight preferred
- Strong working knowledge of the business units, products, and services, as well as sales objectives and customer retention goals
- In addition to education and career experience, the PSRM should have excellent written and verbal skills and in-depth knowledge of negotiation tactics
- Well-organized, self-directed team player who exhibits a willingness to work cooperatively with teammates, has a resourceful mindset, and a strong problem-solving aptitude
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
