- Project: Blackwater Gold - Construction of a gold mine crushing circuit and processing circuit
- Location: Near Vanderhoof, BC
- Schedule: 14 days on, 7 days off, 10 hour per day
- Wage: $40.25 - $44.87 per hour per hour as per Collective Agreement
- Benefits and RRSP Provided as per Collective Agreement
- Camp Provided
- Travel Available if Applicable
- Responsible for the safe operation of equipment following manufactures and industry standards;
- Excavation up to 4m in depth, access/egress into excavations, site walkway maintenance, detail excavation in preparation for concrete formwork
- Final grade for walkways and base preparation
- Plan and execute operation activities to avoid schedule delays
- Operate Equipment in tight work areas and in proximity of workers, underground utilities, overhead power lines
- Maintaining, cleaning, and fueling equipment.
- Experience Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience operating excavators of all sizes
- Must be capable of finish grading topsoil
- Must have experience in carrying grade
- Ability to run other pieces of equipment considered an asset
- CSTS-09 or CSTS 20
- WHMIS 2015
- Fall Protection
- EWP
- Confined Space Entry & Monitor
- Valid Drivers License
- Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions
- Salary: $40.25-$44.87 per hour
- Work Location: In person
