We are currently looking to fill the position of: Finish Excavator Operator
Our fleet for excavators goes up to an 85 ton and everything in-between.

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience operating excavators in heavy civil construction, site preparation, trenching, or grading. You’ve got a steady hand and a sharp eye for getting the job done right.
- **Master of Your Machine**: Whether it’s a 10-ton or a 50-ton machine, you know every lever, joystick, and dial like the back of your hand. You’re comfortable using different types of excavators (rubber-tired, tracked, mini, or long-reach) and can adapt to whatever the project requires.
- **Safety Savvy**: Safety is your top priority. You conduct daily inspections, maintain equipment, and follow safety protocols to the letter. You know how to keep a safe, productive work environment while staying cool under pressure.
- **Grade Control & Precision**: You’ve got an eagle eye for precision when digging trenches, foundations, or any other excavation tasks. Your skill with grading, leveling, and following plans ensures the site is prepped for success.
- **Physical Strength & Stamina**: You’re not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and digging in, literally You’re physically capable of operating machinery for long shifts, all while managing the demands of a physically intensive job.
- **Communication is Key**: You work closely with the foreman, crew, and other equipment operators. You’re a pro at communicating effectively, whether it's with hand signals, two-way radios, or quick chat during a job site meeting.

**Valid Certifications & Tickets**:

- Valid **Class 5 Driver’s License**:

- **WHMIS** and **CSTS20** (or willing to get it).

**Schedule**:

- 7am-6pm with 30 minute lunch
- 12 days on, 2 off (every second weekend off)
- THIS IS WEATHER DEPENDENT WORK
