**Security Technician** **The Role** - Troubleshoot and repair of a wide variety of security equipment such as alarm systems, CCTV, access control, intercoms, gates, and computer networks - Install new systems and upgrades with accuracy to meet client needs and expectations - Uphold company and industry standards for quality and within recognized guidelines - Resolve client concerns and provide exceptional customer service, making recommendations where appropriate to ensure optimal system function - Maintain accurate service records, including detailed notes and inventory - Work at heights on ladders and lifts, in attics and crawl spaces, as well as lift 50+ lbs - Ability to work safely in a construction site environment is a must **Qualifications** - Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the security industry, with in-depth knowledge of IP Cameras, access Control and Intrusion systems - Ability to troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install equipment is required - Comfort with working at heights on ladders and lifts, in attics and crawl spaces, as well as to lift 50+ lbs - Ability to work safely in a construction site environment is a must - High degree of accuracy and thoroughness - Strong organizational skills - Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal - Motivated self-starter and effective team player - Must have a clean criminal record, and a valid Driver's license This a full-time permanent position with a very attractive compensation package including benefits, pension matching, and other employee incentives.
