**Role Responsibilities**:
- Assist clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal care, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship
- Provide reliable transportation when needed
- Follow care plans and document each visit accurately
- Maintain open communication with the care team regarding client needs
- Stay up to date with organizational policies and care standards
- Respond to scheduling inquiries in a timely manner
**Requirements**:
- Valid Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate or nursing license
- Ability to travel to client locations independently
- Comfortable using an app-based system for clocking in and out
- Up-to-date criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Current TB test (or willingness to obtain)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
