Overview:
Join our team as an Assistant Manager where you will play a crucial role in overseeing store operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dedicated individual with strong leadership skills and experience in retail sales to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and lead a team of employees to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow
- Train and develop staff members on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and place orders as necessary
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales growth and meet financial goals

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or store management
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
- Experience in team management, training development, and leadership roles
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of sales techniques, retail operations, and customer service best practices

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

**Language**:

- French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
