**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate execution of work.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
- Assist in budgeting and estimating project costs, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders regarding progress and any issues that arise.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore and Bluebeam.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes in construction projects.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Experience in budgeting and construction estimating is highly desirable.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with diverse teams and clients.
