North Star Windows & Doors is seeking a highly motivated **Service Technician** to join our Service Team in St. Thomas, Ontario. Under the direction of the Service Operations Manager, this individual is responsible for completing all assigned service work as it applies to the warranted products of North Star Windows and Doors.

**Critical Skills**
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality record.
- Reliable, trustworthy, responsible and safety conscious.
- Knowledge of all North Star products is an asset.
- Able to read and write English fluently, and complete service order documentation, as required.
- Must represent North Star in a positive, professional way with the ability to communicate with customers in a calm, courteous manner.
- Able to work alone and handle the pressure of meeting deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- At least two years’ experience installing/servicing windows, patio, and entry doors.
- Thorough knowledge of current home construction technology, products, and practices.
- Valid Class “G” driver’s license is required.
- Ability to travel on overnight trips occasionally.
- Must be able to pass police background check.
- High School Diploma
