Junior Sales Representative

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Junior Foreign Trade Sales Representative to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is passionate about international trade and is looking to build a career in the field. The Junior Foreign Trade Sales Representative will assist in managing overseas sales, supporting senior sales representatives, and learning the intricacies of international trade operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Support and Communication**:
- Respond to client inquiries regarding product details, pricing, and availability.
- Provide basic after-sales support and address client concerns under the guidance of senior team members.
2. **Sales Assistance**:
- Support senior sales representatives in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Help in presenting product catalogs and promotional materials to potential clients.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales strategies.
3. **Order Processing**:
- Assist in processing client orders, ensuring accuracy in order details and specifications.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, and quality control) to track order progress.
- Help in preparing and verifying export documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
4. **Market Research**:
- Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Gather information on competitors and industry developments.
- Compile and organize data to assist in the development of sales strategies.
5. **Documentation and Compliance**:
- Learn and adhere to international trade regulations and standards.
- Assist in ensuring all export documentation complies with legal requirements.
- Stay informed about changes in trade laws and tariffs that may impact the business.
6. **Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and order statuses.
- Assist in preparing regular sales reports and performance analyses.
- Provide updates to senior team members on assigned tasks and projects.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of international trade practices and terminology.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in foreign trade and sales.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
