**About the Role**

As a Member Experience Specialist, you are the first impression, the ongoing connection, and the face of The Vault. You play a critical role in driving revenue, creating relationships, and delivering an elevated member journey, every interaction, every visit.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Professionally sell and promote memberships, services, and long
- term agreements
- Upsell and educate members on group classes, personal training, and wellness/recovery services
- Confidently handle sales conversations, objections, and value-based offerings
- Support daily front-of-house operations, including member check-ins and guest experiences
- Assist with Kids Care and Wellness Room check-ins.
- Drive in-club retail sales including merchandise, supplements, and shakes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and premium facility environment
- Ensure towels, amenities, and high
- traffic areas are consistently stocked and maintained
- Actively collect, address, and resolve member feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Foster strong relationships with members and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive community
- Uphold a positive, energetic, and professional attitude at all times
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for members, staff, and guests

**Who You Are**
- Sales-driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills-Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport-Goal-oriented, accountable, and motivated by performance-Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable-Passionate about fitness, wellness, and community building-Able to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment-Professional, approachable, and confident in representing a premium brand
