**Job Summary**

Busy construction company is looking for a drywaller/painter to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for sealing joints, repairing cracks, and smoothing any imperfections on walls and ceilings, as well as rehabbing and painting surfaces, and interior finishing.

**Essential Job Functions**
- Measuring, cutting and fitting drywall sheets for installation on walls and ceilings
- Positioning and securing drywall sheets to metal or wooden studs
- Cutting and installing metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
- Filling joints, holes and cracks with compound using a trowel and broad knife
- Smoothing out excess compound and sanding over dry compound
- Paint the interiors of apartments, condos, townhomes and other multi-family dwellings as required
- Protect all nearby furnishings and building materials before and during every painting job, including carpets, cabinetry, outlet covers, lighting fixtures and landscaping
- Practice self-supervision on small jobs and ensure you complete each project in an efficient, timely manner
- Match paint samples for touch-ups and other small projects
- Interior Finishing

**Essential Job Qualifications**
- 3-5 Years experience with drywall, mudding, painting and finishing
- Must have high school diploma
- Class 5 Drivers license with clean abstract

**Required Tools and Work Attire**
- Tools, steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses, gloves, cell phone.

**Salary**: $18.68-$32.21 per hour
