Packaging Equipment Sales Representative

Summary:
- Work with potential customers to understand the technical requirements of their expansion projects and match those to the features of our equipment made here in Kirkland and by our partners in England, Italy, and Germany.
- Prepare detailed proposals using our established sales tools and templates.
- Build a list of opportunities in your territory.
- Manage the opportunities and close a record number of sales in your territory.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collect technical information about the customers’ needs and prepare a proposal to suit.
- Keep track of opportunities located across Canada and the USA.
**Requirements**:
- Understand technical features and present them professionally to our customers, predominantly pharmaceutical.
- Write proposals and clear descriptions of how our equipment can solve their problems.
- Work independently and as part of a team. You must be reliable, and you must make a good impression.
- Travel to visit customers and supplier’s facilities, and to meet both at international trade shows.
- You must be able to handle multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
Qualifications:
- You must have a clear understanding of how mechanical and electrical things work and what makes them work.
- A proven track record in sales of expensive items.
- You must be able to write in English and to clearly explain principle and concepts.
