**The Opportunity**

We are seeking motivated individuals who are interested in a trade or interested in **changing their trade** to become a **certified Lakehead Overhead Door Technician**. If you are mechanically inclined and enjoy working with your hands, this is an opportunity to gain specialized training and launch a stable, rewarding career.

**What You’ll Do**

As an **Overhead Door Technician Apprentice**, you will:
✔ Receive formal training
✔ Work alongside **experienced technicians** in the field
✔ Learn **mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and low voltage electrical basics**
✔ Develop expertise in **garage door installation, repair, and maintenance**
✔ Gain knowledge of **safety protocols and industry best practices**
✔ Work in **different locations**, adapting to **varied customers and teams**

**Who You Are**

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools
**Work Independently** - able to make decisions on your own
**Team-oriented**- works well with others to achieve success
Willingness to **learn and grow** in a specialized field
Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
Valid Class G Driver’s License required
