We are a successful real estate team with over 40 years of combined experience, specializing in selling homes in the Lower Mainland. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients, and we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and driven Assistant to support our team in day-to-day operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent post-secondary graduate who is a quick learner with strong communication skills and a flexible schedule. If you’re interested in growing within the real estate industry, this position could evolve into a sales associate role in the future.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections.
- Conduct market research and help with preparing property reports.
- Run errands as needed (requires a valid driver’s license and vehicle).
- Support marketing efforts, including social media updates and preparing promotional materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client and team needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Some Marketing experience preferred
- Knowledgeable in Canva
- Recent post-secondary graduate preferred.
- Quick learner with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Interest in real estate with aspirations to transition into a sales associate role is a plus.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Real Esate License (preferred)
