**REQUIREMENTS**:
A residential Team Lead Cleaner has an important job because they will keep the residential homes clean and organized, they will be training employees, overseeing all cleaning of the cleaning assistants, using checklist to ensure all areas of the home are cleaned to the company and client standard. Since they have the main duties to clean the resident home of our clients, a residential Team Lead cleaner will perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing of all touch areas on every service, bathroom/ toilet and kitchen cleaning, straightening or making of beds when required. The residential cleaner should be able to work as a team. The team lead should be able to clean a resident on their own. Going over and beyond the company's expectations.

Must have 2-3 years Cleaning/ Hospitality Industry

Must hold a valid driver’s licence with a drivers abstract

Must have a clean criminal check

Have references of leading a team

Can get to locations using own vehicle / company's vehicle

Must have cleaning experience with a cleaning company or within the hospitality Industry

**The residential cleaner responsibilities**:
As a Team Lead residential cleaner, your responsibilities will be and including
- Train employees on the job
- Use all app soft wear that include GPS/Schedules/Punch in & Out
- Obey all health and Safety regulation
- Clean the house with some the chemicals, disinfectant, and machines
- Clean the toilet with toilet brush and chemicals
- Doing and documenting the routine inspection and maintain activities
- Notify management of occurring deficiency or needs for repairs
- Make the adjustment and minor repairs
- Take pics of any damage to send to Owner/Manager
- Work together with the rest of the team
- Vacuum the carpet, upholstery and other duty surfaces
- Hygiene all surface in the kitchen and bathroom
- Scrubbing and sanitizing all relevant surfaces
- Handle all furniture and appliance carefully

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
