Surrey, Canada DC Welding and Fabrication Ltd. Full time

We are now seeking a draftsman for a busy steel fabrication and welding shop in Surrey, BC. This position is for someone who can demonstrate good mechanical aptitude and a willingness to be flexible. You must be able to adapt to a changing job description that will include processing invoices and purchase orders, quality control, material take offs, material acquisition and customer service.
- Applicant must demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude. Shop experience would be beneficial
- You should have at least 4 years of AutoCAD experience and SolidWorks
- Proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office programs (Excel in particular).
- You will be required to maintain our Network, Backup system and hardware with above average computer problem solving skills.
- This job requires excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Must have a clean driver license and the ability to drive a forklift.

You will be working on a wide variety of projects alongside some of the best and most qualified welders and fabricators in the industry.
