**Position Summary**

We are seeking a **Store Director** for **one **of our **Niagara** locations. The Store Director plays a crucial role in overseeing store operations, ensuring profitability, and driving strategic growth. As the store's visionary, the Store Director is adept at recognizing opportunities for growth, crafting strategic plans to pursue these prospects, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing to facilitate the team's effective execution. While supporting the Store Manager and occasionally stepping in to support with daily functions, the Store Director’s primary focus is on KPIs, profitability, strategy, and continuous improvement.

**Strategic Leadership**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the store's growth and profitability.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand the business.

**KPI Management**:

- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.
- Set targets and develop strategies to achieve and exceed KPI benchmarks.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the store.
- Identify and implement operational enhancements to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Team Leadership and Training**:

- Provide leadership to the store team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Support training and development programs to enhance staff skills.

**Store Operations Support**:

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer experiences and efficient inventory management.
- Step in to support the Store Manager when necessary, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

**Experience and Skills**:

- 3 years supervisory experience
- Ability to lift 25kg repeatedly without restriction
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Flexibility to work a fluctuating schedule
