The **Inventory Coordinator** arranges back-office functions and assists in administrative tasks for the retail and attractions outlets.

**Primary Duties**
- Assists in inventory functions
- Ensures a safe facility and work environment in compliance with appropriate regulations, Ergonomics, Emergency Responses, Injury and Illness Prevention, and Hazard Communications Programs
- Monitor stock levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure stock is removed from receiving dock and delivered to stockroom on day of arrival and that no stock is left for any overnight period
- Pull packing slip for each shipment, count, and verify product
- Print purchase order and note what was received, submit accurate receiving paperwork to ensure all internal and external ticketing is complete
- Cleanliness of retail storerooms and workspace area; Vacuum & wash floors as required. Dispose of cardboard, garbage & recycling daily. Break down all boxes for disposal
- Prepare stockroom and shop for inventory. Pre-count specific product for inventory
- Prepare zone maps, zone tags, and hang zone tags for inventory
- Interface with accounting and auditors during outside audited inventory
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy of stock levels
- Manage inventory database and ensure accuracy of inventory records, removing discontinued products to keep database current
- Work with department managers to identify and forecast inventory needs
- Coordinate deliveries and inventory shipments
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management
- Communicate any slow moving or excessive inventory concerns to director to form product exit plans
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures
- Assist with other duties as assigned by Director

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management or related field
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

- Has perfect attendance and can be trusted to handle an elevated level of responsibility
- Inspires others with enthusiasm and positive energy
- Excellent multi-tasking skills. Prioritizes and performs a variety of concurrent tasks with mínimal direction.

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and be able to sit and/or stand and walk for extended periods of time
