We are a fast-growth local business in Victoria. Now it is the time hunting talent, genuine and passionate Tea Consultants, Baristas, Bakers and Assistant Manager Trainee to join our team.

**Job description**

**Location**:

- Downtown, Victoria, BC
- Langford, BC

**Responsibilities**:

- Operating opening and closing procedures
- Daily operation including food and beverage service
- Introducing, taking and making beverage orders
- Preparing and baking pastries for sale in a timely manner
- Making special order such as custom birthday cake and decoration in delightful
- Assisting store manager for daily operation management
- Running for pop-up events as needed

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Long term and stample employment
- Experience in Tea, Coffee, beverage, pastry, food service, customer service, event planning and social media marketing
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- To be efficiency work at fast paced
- High performance on operational, sale and management
- Self disciplined and follow company's standard
- Logical and strong leadership skills
- Logical and strong problem solving
- Willingness and hungry to learn and execute new changes
- Be independently and work with a team environment
- Enthusiastic on social media management and event planning
- Willingness to be relocated in other location if is needed

Pay: $16.75-$19.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
