**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and present sushi dishes according to restaurant standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Handle food safely and adhere to all health regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area.
- Assist in menu development by suggesting new dishes or improvements to existing offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels of sushi ingredients and communicate needs to management.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in sushi preparation techniques and food safety practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices.
- Familiarity with various types of sushi, ingredients, and presentation styles.
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for creating visually appealing dishes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, along with strong teamwork skills.
