**Field Service Technician - Calgary, Alberta**

Compact Compression is looking for a Field Service Technician to work in the area of **Calgary, Alberta**. The position will involve a mix of both field work and work in the shop carrying out general labor and maintenance duties. Field operations are expected be carried out in all weather conditions and all seasons and will include light maintenance and oil top ups on natural gas compressors at customer sites.

Necessities for field work will be supplied by the company including a fully equipped service truck, fuel card, tools, cell phone and laptop. We offer a competitive compensation and health benefits package, flexible work schedule, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company.

Compact Compression Inc. is a privately owned Alberta based company engaged in the design, manufacture, and service of low horsepower, flexible, reliable, economical, portable and operator-friendly natural gas compression.

Experience
- Mechanical - 2 years (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and (preferred)
- Automotive repair experience an asset
- Hydraulics - 1 year (preferred)
- Light fabrication - 1 year (preferred)
- Troubleshooting - 1 year (preferred)

Schedule
- M-F (with weekend call-out availability), 8 hour shift
- Overtime as required
