**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by following policies and procedures and always acting in a safe manner.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of cleaning activities at customer facilities.
- Complete all required paperwork, including job reports/tickets, LEMs, billing, safety forms, drivers log, KPIs, Journey Management, and other related items.
- Act as a liaison between Operations and Client, communicating with and reporting to Operations to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Assist with training and mentorship of field employees.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license is required; Class 1 Licence is an asset.
- Steam ticket or certified trade is an asset.
- Previous industrial cleaning and process equipment operation experience required.
- Strong knowledge of high-pressure pumps, injection tools, filtration equipment, and lifting devices.
- 3-5 years of industry and supervisory experience.
- Previous automation cleaning is considered preferred.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills; must be fluent in speaking/writing English.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a team and safety-focused environment.
- Must be physically fit and able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
