**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and present sushi dishes with precision and artistry, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Handle food safely and adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area.
- Assist in menu development by suggesting new sushi recipes or variations.
- Monitor inventory levels of sushi ingredients and communicate needs to management.
- Train kitchen staff on proper sushi preparation techniques as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests when necessary, ensuring their satisfaction with their meal.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.
