**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being.
- Help with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed.
- Document daily care activities and report any concerns to healthcare professionals or family members.
- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or those requiring hospice care.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in nursing homes, assisted living, or home care settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques, including medication administration and senior care best practices.
- Understanding of working with persons with disabilities and providing compassionate support.
- Ability to maintain a clean environment while respecting client privacy and dignity.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
