**Job Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance within their homes. This role is vital in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients, particularly seniors and individuals with disabilities. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve through personalized care and companionship.

**Duties**
- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations or activities to promote emotional well-being.
- Provide specialized care for individuals with conditions such as dementia or those requiring hospice care.
- Document care provided and report any concerns to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.

**Experience**
- Assisted living facilities or nursing homes.
- Senior care environments, including hospice care settings.
- Working with individuals with disabilities or special needs. Experience in patient care, home care services, dementia care, cleaning tasks, nursing duties, and medication administration is highly valued. A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care are essential attributes for success in this role.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
