**Overview**

**Duties**
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
- Perform repairs on Android and iOS devices, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest mobile technologies, operating systems, and hardware components.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding device functionality and repair processes.
- Provide recommendations for device upgrades or replacements based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure compliance with safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in diagnosing issues with mobile devices running Android and iOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with computer hardware, including knowledge of MacOS and Windows environments.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to mobile device repairs.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical problems effectively.
- Previous experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing customer interaction skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- A passion for technology and staying updated on industry trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
