**Compensation and Benefits**
- **Starting wages of $21.00/hr**:

- **Paid overtime after 40/hours per week**:

- **Company Paid time off: Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1**st** full year)**:

**General Job Description**:

- Unload product & empty returnables from trucks
- Load trucks with product and empty returnables
- Ability to meet shipment window times
- Verify correct product is loaded on truck in the proper sequence
- Complete shipping paperwork with drivers
- Notify leader tech or supervisor with any concerns when loading shipments
- Must be able to operate lift truck in a safe manner
- Lead and maintain 5S condition in the warehouse
- All of the above duties must be performed within Health and Safety guidelines
- Other duties as requested

**Qualifications**
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
- Must have an excellent attendance record
- Must be able to work overtime when required
- Must have strong performance in current role
- Demonstrated ability to follow all policies and procedures
- Experience an asset, but not required
