**Compensation and Benefits**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Unload product & empty returnables from trucks
- Load trucks with product and empty returnables
- Ability to meet shipment window times
- Verify correct product is loaded on truck in the proper sequence
- Complete shipping paperwork with drivers
- Notify leader tech or supervisor with any concerns when loading shipments
- Must be able to operate lift truck in a safe manner
- Lead and maintain 5S condition in the warehouse
- Stage shipments based on customer requirements
- Load / Unload rollers and ropaks
- _Perform other duties as business needs require_

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is_ preferred_ **-or—**successful completion of an aptitude test

Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Forklift Training is provided
