**About the Role**

As a **Warehouse & Service Associate**, you’ll play a **key role** in both **warehouse operations and technical service support**. You’ll handle **shipping, receiving, and inventory management**, while also providing **technical assistance, troubleshooting, and minor installations for lighting products**.
- **Location**: West End Warehouse, Edmonton
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

**What You’ll Be DoingWarehouse & Inventory Management**:

- **Receive, inspect, and organize** incoming shipments.
- **Pick, pack, and prepare orders** for delivery and customer pickup.
- **Maintain accurate inventory records** through proper handling and documentation.
- **Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards**.
- **Assist with loading and unloading shipments** as needed.

**Technical Service & Support**:

- **Provide technical assistance** to customers on lighting products, including installation guidance and troubleshooting.
- **Conduct on-site visits** for **service calls, minor repairs, and inspections** in customer homes or the Chateau Lighting showroom.
- **Collaborate with the sales team** to ensure technical concerns are resolved quickly and effectively.
- **Assemble and test light fixtures** as required.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Follow **safety protocols and best practices** to maintain a secure work environment.
- Assist in other areas of the business as needed, including **customer pickups, furniture assembly, and occasional off-site support**.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **1+ years** of experience in a **warehouse, service technician, or related role**.
- **Strong technical aptitude** - comfortable with **lighting systems, troubleshooting, and minor electrical work**.
- **Excellent customer service skills** - ability to **interact with customers in a professional and helpful manner**.
- **Valid driver’s license** with a **clean 3-year driver’s abstract**.
- **Forklift experience** is an asset but not required.
- **Comfortable working at heights of up to 14 feet**.
- **Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player** with a **strong work ethic**.
