**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
- Lead business development initiatives to expand the customer base
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team
- Drive technology sales by leveraging industry knowledge
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Oversee outside sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct technical sales presentations and demonstrations

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and methodologies
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
