**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Organize and declutter areas as needed to enhance the overall appearance of the home.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and fresh for client use.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated time frames while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Provide hospitality by creating a pleasant atmosphere in the home through attention to detail and thoughtful touches.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A background in customer service or hospitality is a plus, demonstrating an ability to interact positively with clients.
- Time management skills are essential to ensure timely completion of cleaning duties.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
