The applicant should be willing to participate in collaborative planning and assessment within the Technology education Department. **School Culture**: McNair is a comprehensive 8-12 school with a focus on student voice and promoting a well-rounded education. To enhance the level of student engagement at McNair Secondary School the staff is building stronger connections between what students are learning in the classroom and real-world examples. Our focus is to increase student motivation and inspire them to be accountable for their own learning. We continually examine how we can incorporate aboriginal perspectives and the First People’s principles of learning into our teaching.
