Mega Global Education Technology Ltd. in Richmond, BC, Canada urgently requires a Computer System Specialist.
**Who We Are**:
Mega Global Education Technology Ltd.(MGE) was launched in BC Canada in 2019, MGE builds a stage for mutual learning and exchange of information among young talents from different groups and promotes cultural interactions through educational training activities and events. We offer a variety of ESL training courses as well as other vocational programs through online or in-person platforms. In addition, we are contracted by the License of British Council to organize IELTS tests, we are one of the IELTS official Certification Computer-delivered Test Centre in Richmond, BC. IELTS is the preferred high-stakes English language test in Canada.
**What We Do**:
MGE is a one-stop shop for corporates and SMEs (Small Medium Enterprises) that leverage shared resources across industries.
We offer the practical training courses as follows:

- IELTS Test Training.
- CELPIPS Test Training.
- Public Speaking Training.
- Leadership Training.
- Filmmaking.
- Employment preparation.
**About the Position**:
We are seeking a
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Maintaining the center's computer networking, ensuring it is secure and operates efficiently.
- Assisting with the integration of technology into the educational curriculum, including training teachers and students on how to use the technology effectively.
- Maintaining and repairing computer equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other related hardware.
- Ensure the storage, backup, and retrieval of data, as well as protect sensitive information from unauthorized access.
- Oversee staff including teachers and students' computer equipment are operating smoothly during the classes and ensure the effective use of technology to support learning and teaching activities.
**QUALIFICATION**:
- Completion of a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, or electrical engineering.
- Minimum three years as a computer system specialist
- Professional certification such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or other related information technology *IT) designation will be an asset.
