**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with the check-in process.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Handle night audit shift at the hotel. Making sure all the security procedures are followed.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in a front desk or hotel environment is preferred.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Proficient in using phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- A keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role.
- A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest experiences.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
