Overview:
In Business since 1919 and still growing, Arrow is a leader in bulk commodity hauling, reload operations, freight management, logistics, consulting, and technology with operations throughout Canada and the U.S. This growing Arrow division is managed out of the warehouse includes the pneumatic truck division, flat deck trucking, warehouse operations and the pipe/container yard.

We are looking for an experienced **Labourer** to join our pipe/container yard and become a part of our Arrow team in Edmonton.

- ** Shift**: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (7:30am-5:30pm during busy season and some Saturdays as required)
- Opportunity for overtime

**Responsibilities**:

- Work as a rigger destuffing containers
- Spot operators while loading trailers
- Assist with general yard clean up and maintenance
- Perform manual labour tasks and support operations
- Work in adherence to all safe work practices, procedures, as well as all regulatory requirements
- Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of yard, shop, department, or work crew
- Other duties as assigned by manager

You Possess:

- Previous container destuffing experience
- Previous experience loading trailers
- Previous labour experience
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job (i.e., able to lift 50lbs)
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
