Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to join our dynamic marketing agency team on a part-time basis for a six-month contract that may lead to a full-time offer any time throughout, or after the initial six months. As a project manager at Agency Atlas, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in website development, branding, channel-strategy, copywriting, design, execution and digital development.

**Job Overview**

This individual will act in a support role, assisting, or subbing in as the central point of communication between internal teams and clients, to ensure the seamless execution of projects that align with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Management**:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across digital platforms, including websites, videos, and other marketing assets.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive **workback schedules**, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Help manage project budgets, monitor costs, and proactively address scope creep or budget risks.
- Create detailed project plans, define deliverables, and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
- Report daily to leadership on the state of projects and to learn about, and champion, any shifts in priorities.

**Client and Contractor Management**:

- When required, serve as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, maintaining clear, professional, and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Set and manage client and contractor expectations through clear and proactive communication to ensure their needs are met and aligned with agency capabilities and priorities.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, presentations, and project reviews with clients.
- Represent Atlas, our brand, our people and our capabilities confidently and accurately.
- Provide insight for growth areas and new opportunities to sell advantageous add-ons to clients that will help achieve their goals quicker.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with creative, development, and strategy teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Facilitate regular internal meetings to track progress, identify roadblocks, and assign tasks.
- Foster strong communication within the team to ensure alignment and transparency.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Oversee multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery across all engagements.
- Use project management tools to track progress, organize workflows, and document key project information.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to optimize project execution.
- Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, on-strategy, and meet quality standards.
- Communicate where we are weak or strong, or in need of future support, proactively.

**Required Qualifications**
- **5+ years of project management experience in a marketing agency environment or fast-paced in-house position**, with exposure to diverse clients/project and a variety of industries.
- Proven ability to manage multiple **digital marketing projects**, including websites, videos, and creative asset development, from concept to completion.
- Strong proficiency in **design and project management tools** (e.g.,Slack, Google Suite, Float, Canva, Adobe, Figma, ChatGPT).
- Demonstrated success in adhering to strict **timelines and budgets** without sacrificing quality or our team’s peace of mind.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing both **internal teams** and **external audiences**.
- Solid understanding of the marketing and creative process, particularly for digital platforms.
