**Our expectations**:
The primary function of the Plumbing Pro is to serve as the store expert on plumbing related merchandise. This includes providing both customers and employees with comprehensive information on plumbing-related merchandise, assisting customers in assembling, cutting, selecting, and loading merchandise, and training associates in the department.

**Your role**:

- Promote Lowe’s Canada services and maximize potential sales by explaining features, creating quotes, and selling installations
- Manage inventory levels and pricing documentation to support sales and ensuring products are stocked and displayed according to standards
- Follow up with customers and vendors based on jobs and materials sold to ensure all project requirements are satisfied and pull merchandise for internet orders
- Maintain the safety and security of the store
- Complete all other duties as assigned

**The qualifications we are looking for**:

- At least 1 year of experience selling plumbing supplies
- At least 1 year of experience working with contractors in a sales role or in the field
- At least 6 months of retail sales experience
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds daily without assistance
