Founded in 2012, Modern Golf is Canada's largest custom club fitter with 8 existing locations coast to coast. In 2019, Modern Golf launched one of the fastest-growing golf academies in the country, which now boasts 1000+ clients. Modern's team of PGA Professionals ranges from former club professionals, to former touring professionals, as well as new professionals entering the PGA. WHO YOU ARE
Modern Golf is looking for a vibrant person to join our team. New positions have opened up at our Mississauga location in Ontario, which need to be filled ASAP. We are looking for someone to ensure all clients receive the service and experience that separates Modern Golf from its competitors.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service in person, over the phone and through electronic communication
Assisting with opening and closing procedures
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintaining the cleanliness of the retail shop and back of house
Resolve customer service issues and partner with upper management on issues outside of guidelines
Receive and inspection of golf equipment
Receive incoming shipments of customer orders and demo clubs
Conduct thorough inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of received golf equipment
Maintain and organize and accurate inventory of custom golf equipment components and finished products
Package orders securely and ensure proper labelling for accurate shipment
Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments
Additional pay:

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Golf: 1 year (preferred)
