Collision Estimator

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Evaluate damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates based on mechanical knowledge and dealership standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain the repair process, timelines, and costs involved.
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell additional services and repairs that may benefit the customer’s vehicle.
- Collaborate with technicians and other staff members to ensure all estimates are comprehensive and reflect the necessary work required.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all estimates, sales, and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to assess vehicle damage accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling automotive services.
- Proficient in cash handling and maintaining financial accuracy in transactions.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
