**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise electrical installations and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project scheduling and tracking.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to guide project execution.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and timelines for electrical work.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in electrical work and safety protocols, including OSHA regulations.
- Manage construction estimating processes and assist in bidding for new projects using HeavyBid.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including any changes or delays.
- Foster a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and conducting regular site assessments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on electrical systems.
- Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in construction management software, including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and project scheduling techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and contracts accurately.
- Knowledge of quality control measures within the electrical field.
- OSHA certification is preferred; knowledge of safety regulations is essential.
- Experience with pipeline projects is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues using tools such as an ohmmeter.
