Global Repairs Leader

**Job Description Summary**: You will be responsible for defining the new Repair strategy improving global organization, processes and tools, in order to improve overall time to repair and customer satisfaction.

You will take ownership of the new Global repair organization regrouping in one team the repair capabilities of our manufacturing Units.

You will also indirectly lead the repair organizations in the Regions, redeploying repair capabilities and competencies by Geography.

Mission and challenges:
As part of the on-going GA Transformation to recover market leadership and to increase efficiency, we are aligning Customer Support teams into one Customer Support Center of Excellence.

Main Responsibilities
- EHS Leadership, ensure work is conducted in compliance with applicable regulations and encourage accurate employee safety practices
- Lead and develop Customer Repairs service organizations in all the GA Manufacturing Units to become top class reference aligned with customer expectations
- Functionally Lead and develop regional Customer Repairs service organizations to become top class reference in their regions aligned with regional customer expectations
- Own the wing-to-wing process of Customer Repair services and be accountable on target KPIs delivery on Inventory, Repair Time, Cost, Sales, Backlog, etc., for GA repairs
- Define streamlined processes and advanced tools to maximize resources utilization and speed up customer responses
- Motivate and coach the Repair teams at the Manufacturing Units, as well as the regional teams to deliver at the highest level
- Ensure seamless collaboration across the global and regional Customer Repairs service teams
- Operate as ONE team, emotionally attached, shared goal, aligned priorities, common process and tools
- Promote maintenance service agreements offering in coordination with the GA Service PL, co-owning plans and actions with the goal of expanding our activities in the regions, segments and accounts.
- Provide both external and internal timely, accurate, professional reports
- Collaborate and coordinate with Product Management, Technology, Global Supply Chain and other divisions of the Product Line to provide them with quality inputs for any future improvements in our processes, products and solutions

**Required Qualifications**:

- Electronics/Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
- Proven experience leading multicultural teams
- Lean expert and utilize lean concepts to continuously remove waste and improve our process and tools to achieve highest customer satisfaction score.
- Willingness and ability to travel

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Business acumen, MBA degree
- GA P&C and SAS products knowledge
- GA M&D and Industrial Communications product line knowledge
- Experience in Energy/Utility Project environments, with electrical Protection relays and Control systems (LV, MV & HV)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Customer focus, team leadership skills and technical expertise in electronic/digital products for protection, control, automation and monitoring of power system.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and achieve milestones and deliverables
- Excellent team working approach with a high level of self-motivation, flexibility and self-learning aptitude.
- Ability to cooperate with the different departments.
- High energy, positive individual loving operational challenges.
- Excellent motivator, self-starter and dedicated team player with a sense of urgency and an ability to work to tight deadlines.
