**Communiquer directement avec les centres de distribution et les clients pour assurer l'exactitude de la documentation, des informations et des services.**

**Tâches/Responsabilités**:

- Gérer les appels téléphoniques et les courriels des clients concernant les devis de prix pour les demandes entrantes ainsi que les devis d'achat pour les produits en verre et d'installation considérés pour la vente à PGW.
- Fonctions de centre d'appels pour fournir un service client de qualité.
- Assurer que l'entreprise établit et maintient une communication constante avec les clients.
- Connaissance de tous les aspects de l'inventaire des produits, ce qui peut inclure la saisie de données, les annulations, les crédits, la facturation et/ou les demandes de service client.
- Générer des ventes/achats à partir de pistes en ligne.
- Assumer d'autres tâches assignées.
- Travailler un samedi assigné si nécessaire.

**Compétences/Capacités requises**:

- Doit avoir de bonnes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
- Doit avoir de bonnes compétences en relations avec les clients.
- Capacité à bien travailler avec les autres.
- Doit être capable de travailler dans des conditions d'interruptions fréquentes.
- Être attentif aux détails.

**Éducation et Expérience**:

- Diplômé du secondaire ou équivalent.

**Exigences physiques essentielles/Environnement de travail**:

- Le travail est principalement sédentaire : doit être capable de rester assis pendant de longues périodes et d'utiliser un ordinateur, un clavier et une souris fréquemment.

**Rémunération : $19/heure
