**The Role**:
Whistler’s home for live music, epic DJ sets, and unforgettable parties is looking for passionate and dynamic individuals to join our Front of House team As a part of Garf’s, you’ll be at the heart of Whistler’s nightlife, contributing to electric energy, unmatched guest experiences, and memories that last a lifetime.

We are currently hiring **Door Hosts** and **Bussers.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the venue, providing a positive and welcoming first impression.
- Manage the entry queue efficiently, maintaining order and minimizing wait times.
- Verify guests' identification and age to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
- Monitor guest capacity and regulate entry to maintain a comfortable and safe environment.
- Collaborate with team to ensure venue safety and security.
- Monitor the crowd and guest behavior inside the club to prevent disturbances and enforce rules.
- Assist in handling and diffusing tense situations or conflicts between guests professionally and safely.
- Escort disruptive guests off the premises in a respectful manner, following venue protocols.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude and passionate about Making People Happy.
- Customer service focused.
- Excellent communication with team members and guests.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- 19+ years old.
- Serving it Right certified.
- Hospitality experience is an asset.
